Together is beautifully crafted plume
pen set. This set comes in two pieces; the base and the pen. The
base of this pen is made with poly resin (similar to that of
ceramic, but better because more highly durable). It is designed
with a beautiful, highly detailed floral design. The pen holder of the
base is also designed with a hand made tulle bow that is layered by
an iridescent ribbon bow with a rat tail organza flower in the
center. A golden "15" sign appears below the bow compilation to
signify the Sweet 15. The plume pen itself is absolutely gorgeous.
The feathers fluff out beautifully and are super soft. This set will
