This cake knife set is a gorgeous piece
to display at the cake table. It has a beautiful poly resin curved
handle (similar to that of ceramic, but better because more highly
durable). The blade is made of high quality stainless steel. The
upper handle is decorated with a lovely organza ribbon bow with
satin edges that is topped with an iridescent ribbon bow with a
elegant tulip organza flower at its center. A golden "15" sign
appears at the lower end of the handle to represent the Sweet 15.
